How we experience anxiety

  • Racing thoughts: Feeling like our mind is constantly spinning with worries.
  • Physical symptoms: Fast heartbeat, sweating, or shaking.
  • Avoidance: Trying to stay away from situations that trigger anxiety, for example procrastinating on tasks or avoiding responsibility.
  • Social anxiety: Feeling anxious about interactions with others.
